PRIVACY POLICY a) Purpose of collecting personal information: Customers who come for care at Dr. Long Plastic Surgery Clinic will have their full name, phone number, contact email, and address saved. For the purpose of customer care and sending program and service information of Doctor Long TMV b) Scope of information use: Customer personal information is used internally. c) Information storage time:    TMV Doctor Long will store personal information provided by customers on our internal systems during the process of providing services to customers or until the purpose of collection is completed or when the customer requests to cancel the information provided. d) People or organizations that may have access to the information:    Internal clinic use only e) Address of the information collection and management unit:518 Le Hong Phong, Ward 1, District 10, HCMC

WARRANTY POLICY a) Warranty period:
  • 06 months after the date the customer performs the cosmetic service.
  • Immediately after the warranty period expires. Customers will have to pay the salon’s costs if there is any need for further repairs.
b) Warranty conditions:
  • Surgery performed at Dr. Long Beauty Salon
  • Must present the prescription (warranty card) issued upon completion of surgery.
  • In case the surgical product has any symptoms due to errors in the surgical process such as infection, deviation of the nasal bridge due to surgery

  • Cosmetic surgery is still under warranty.
c) Warranty details:
  • Warranty that the wound is closed and not infected.
  • If keloid scars appear along the wound, they will be treated under warranty.
  • Conditions not covered by the warranty:
  • No nose skin warranty
  • Warranty is not accepted when directly impacted by impact or accident
  • Surgery was damaged because the customer did not comply with post-operative regulations: not taking antibiotics, taking non-prescribed drugs, not being patient. Eat food according to the doctor’s instructions, apply hot compresses, and roll chicken seeds.
  • No warranty for surgery at another beauty salon during the warranty period at Bac Long TMV.
  • No warranty or refund if the nose shows no signs of symptoms such as swelling, redness, fluid, or tilting according to the doctor’s diagnosis.

  • Please pay the total cost in full at the counter and before surgery.
  • PKCK PTTM Dr. Long will not refund surgery fees if there are no violations on the part of TMV.
